This SEE ICT and UNICEF project that involves conducting free robotics programming trainings for kids is being implemented in 12 cities in Serbia, and will be held in Nis in partnership with the Startup Center.
The idea of the project is that children, aged 11 to 14 years, acquire basic programming knowledge through training and develop an interest in this topic.
Participants will have the opportunity to meet and play with robots that can run, jump, draw, swim, play and perform various other stunts. Day by day, during 3 training sessions of 3 hours each, they will learn how to control the robots themselves, using a simple program code. By going through these trainings, we want to introduce children to new technologies that will help them develop new interests and skills that are useful in everyday life.
